I started my career as an engineer and quickly realized the biggest problems in tech weren't technical — they were organizational. Teams that couldn't communicate. Strategies that couldn't execute. Leaders who had the vision but not the operating model to carry it.
So I did what most consultants haven't — I built companies, led product teams under real pressure, co-founded a startup, and worked across corporates and early-stage businesses in Egypt, the Gulf, and beyond.
